- Ship the item back to the address provided, and keep your return tracking information for reference.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging for a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
